We strive to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details below carefully, as they form part of our sales agreement.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and cleared (excluding weekends, holidays, and any applicable blackout periods). Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States (domestic shipping only unless otherwise stated):
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after processing
- Priority/Overnight — Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing (availability and rates vary)
All delivery estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs (for international orders), incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
International shipping may be available for select countries at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier/service. We reserve the right to adjust rates or shipping methods if the actual package differs significantly from the calculated estimate.
We do not include shipping in product prices unless explicitly stated during a promotion.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you later qualify for free shipping by adding items or if an order is canceled/refunded.
4. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Reshipments or address corrections may incur additional shipping fees (typically full standard rate), which must be prepaid before we reship.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, refused, unclaimed), you may be responsible for return shipping + restocking fees + a new shipping charge to resend.
5. Tracking & Carrier Responsibility
Tracking information is provided when available (most orders). Once the package is handed to the carrier, it is in the carrier's possession and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
We may (at our discretion) assist with carrier claims, but resolution is ultimately between you and the carrier.
6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our handover of the package to the carrier. From that point, you assume all risk.
7. Holidays, Weather, & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events, including (but not limited to) weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier backlogs, customs holds, or other events beyond our control.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version posted on our site at the time of your order governs that transaction.
